ICREA Management Consultants’ announces the successful closure of the second K-12 School transaction in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia following the first success of a K-12 School in Dhahran.
ICREA facilitated the strategic partnership between Lausanne Collegiate school (Memphis, USA) and Maarif Education in 2023. The duo partnered to operate and manage the school in Dhahran. This outcome of this partnership has been very successful which lead Lausanne Collegiate School to partner with Maarif Education for a second school, ‘Saudi International School for the Sciences and Arts,’ in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The partnership will oversee the operations and management of a state-of-the-art K-12 institution.
